In just a few weeks, the long wait will finally be over for more than 10 million gamers worldwide when EA SPORTS FIFA 21 is released on 9 October. To mark the FIFA21 pre-season on social media, video game publisher Electronic Arts and Divimove are running a specially developed branded-content show on German EA SPORTS FIFA channels. The Next Level features exclusive insights, game updates and guest appearances by some of Germany's best-known gaming influencers and other famous faces, who will get the FIFA community in the mood for the upcoming launch.
The monthly show is hosted by actress and presenter Sarah Mangione. Across eight episodes, she'll be reporting from her virtual studio on the latest updates, features, game modes and a host of other FIFA-related content. Sarah will be joined by big names on the German gaming influencer scene, alongside sporting and lifestyle celebrities. Each episode will see her chatting to new guests, who will share what they're excited about and take part in an interactive quiz with the presenter.
As FIFA is a highlight of every gaming year, with fans of all ages, EA SPORTS and Divimove have devised a cross-platform distribution strategy for the branded content, allowing users to experience The Next Level on YouTube, Twitch, Instagram and Twitter. In the first episode, Sarah's guest is gaming influencer GamerBrother, who has over one million followers on social media. All the guests, including GamerBrother, will mobilise their communities and generate additional publicity for The Next Level on their social media channels. Divimove is producing The Next Level on behalf of EA SPORTS and is also responsible for creation, strategy and influencer management.
